What website maintenance covers
Website maintenance is the ongoing work that keeps a site running safely: updating WordPress core, themes, and plugins, taking backups, watching for downtime and security problems, and fixing small issues as they come up. Skipping it is the most common reason sites get hacked or break after an update.
Our care plans bundle all of that into a monthly fee, with hours of work included for changes and fixes. They work with any WordPress or Shopify site, including ones we didn’t build.

- Growth, $249/month: weekly updates with visual checks, speed tuning, SEO health report, and 3 hours of work
- Commerce, $499/month: checkout monitoring, priority emergency response, product SEO, and 6 hours of work

All plans are month to month. Need something outside a plan? We also work at a competitive hourly rate.

Common questions
Do you maintain sites you didn’t build?
Yes. Most of our care plan clients came to us with an existing site. We start with a quick audit so we know what we’re working with.
What happens if an update breaks something?
We test updates and check the site afterwards. If something breaks, we fix it or roll back from that day’s backup.
What if my site gets hacked?
Care plan clients get priority help. We clean the site, close the security hole, restore from a clean backup if needed, and harden it to prevent a repeat.
Do unused hours roll over?
Included hours reset each month. If you regularly need more time, we’ll suggest the plan that fits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month to month with no long-term contract.
